This question often shuts down Christians that don't know the truth on this matter and, well, freak out. But this shouldn't happen. The truth is, the Bible has not been corrupted and there is proof.
1) People who translated and copied the Bible took their jobs seriously, so seriously that they would break their quill and burn the manuscript if they made one mistake. They also counted every letter to ensure that there was no discrepancies.
2) Ancient manuscripts prove that our Bible is 99.9% the same as earlier versions. The only things different are small spelling errors and small word of no consequence differing.
3) Non-Biblical references, such as Josephus, included quotes from the Bible and they match our Bible today.
